With the rapid development of high-end industries such as electronic information, new energy, sensors, and radar systems, higher requirements have been put forward for the performance of electronic ceramic materials, especially in piezoelectric ceramics, dielectric ceramics, magnetic ceramics, and high-temperature structural ceramics. The sintering density, phase structure stability, dielectric constant, thermal stability, and microscopic uniformity of materials have become the core of performance optimization.

The high-purity magnesium oxide (MgO) product for electronic ceramics launched by Zhongmei Magnesium Industry is specifically developed for use as a sintering aid, high-temperature ceramic substrate, or reaction raw material in the ceramic industry. It is widely used in various sub fields such as piezoelectric components, dielectric capacitors, magnetic core devices, inductors, high-frequency insulating ceramics, and soft magnetic composite materials, helping customers achieve high-density, high stability, and high functionality in the manufacturing of ceramic devices.

1. High purity, low impurity element interference

The purity of magnesium oxide products can reach over 99%, 99.5%, and 99.9%, with extremely low levels of plasma impurities such as Fe, Si, Ca, and Al, ensuring low dielectric loss, no impurity reactions, and uniform and stable performance of ceramic materials. It is particularly suitable for high-frequency electronic devices with strict electrical performance requirements.

2. Optimize sintering behavior and improve densification efficiency

MgO has good high-temperature stability and melting aid effect. As a sintering aid, it can effectively reduce the sintering temperature of ceramic systems (such as BaTiO Ⅲ, ZnO, NiFe ₂ O ₄, etc.), suppress excessive grain growth, control porosity, and improve the density and mechanical strength of sintered bodies. It is widely used in rare earth ferrite, piezoelectric titanate, ceramic capacitor slurry and other material systems.

3. Good thermal expansion matching and excellent thermal shock resistance

Magnesium oxide has a moderate coefficient of linear expansion and is suitable as a ceramic matrix raw material and structural skeleton component, especially suitable for high-temperature structural ceramics and high insulation ceramic substrates (such as AlN, Si3N4 composite materials), to enhance thermal shock resistance and dimensional stability.

4. Excellent electrical insulation and dielectric matching characteristics

Magnesium oxide is a high resistance and high dielectric strength material that does not produce dielectric losses in high-frequency environments. It is widely used in microwave dielectric ceramics, high-frequency resonators, inductor core carriers, piezoelectric emitters, and other devices as a stable substrate or co firing additive.

The particle size distribution of magnesium oxide specialized for piezoelectric ceramics and magnetic ceramics produced by Zhongmei Magnesium Industry is controllable, and it is suitable for forming processes such as dry pressing, grouting, isostatic pressing, strip casting, and co firing;

·Multiple crystal structures (reaction sintering type, electric melting type, light sintering synthesis type) can be selected to adapt to different sintering temperature zones and reaction routes;

·Support surface modification treatment (adapted to organic carrier slurry) to improve dispersibility and slurry rheology;

·We can provide high-end models such as spherical magnesium oxide and micro flake MgO specifically designed for casting coating.
